What counts as a "monthly active row"? +
— MAR definition A monthly active row is any source row that Daspire syncs to your warehouse at least once during the billing month. We only count it once — no matter how many times it changes or how many destinations receive it. Rows that don't change between syncs are free.
What happens if I exceed my plan's row count? +
Your pipelines keep running. Overage is billed at your plan's per-million rate — $24 on Standard, $18 on Professional, $16 on Enterprise — and rolls up on next month's invoice. No throttling, no surprise upgrades.
Do I really get unlimited sources on every plan? +
Yes. Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo, NetSuite, every one of the 200+ connectors — plan-independent. We charge for the volume you move, not the number of pipes you build.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle? +
Anytime. Upgrades pro-rate to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so we don't strand any data you've already loaded.
Is there a discount for annual billing? +
